Erogenous Zones are places on the body that give a nice feeling and are sexually exciting when they are touched and caressed.
It is personal which places these are.
The most common Erogenous Zones for women are: The clitoris, the vulva, the vagina and the vulva lips.
But other places such as the breasts, the neck and the thighs can also be Erogenous Zones.
The most common Erogenous Zones for men are: The glans, the penis and the balls.
But other places can also be sexually exciting such as the prostate or the perineum (the part between the balls and the anus).
It is different for everyone and so you can discover together which places are just a little more sensitive and exciting when touched.

That also varies from person to person.
For example, you may get excited when someone kisses you on the neck, but you may not like licking your neck.
Massaging a certain spot can be stimulating, but gently stroking it can tickle and be less pleasant.
Slowly explore your partner’s body and see how he/she reacts to your touch.
With your fingers, you can gently stroke, press a little more firmly, massage, rub, pinch or hit.
With your mouth, you can lick, gently bite or kiss.
You can also use aids, such as a tickling feather, a stimulator or vibrator, etc.
When you are just starting out and you still have to get “in the mood”, start with gentle touches.
When you are more excited, the touches can become firmer and wilder than many people find pleasant.
Your Erogenous Zones can also change over time. What you like today, you won’t necessarily like in 10 years.
So take your time and change it up from time to time.
And don’t forget that it’s not just the genitals that can cause arousal.
